Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the request must be initiated within 20 days from the date of purchase. We accept returns for both used and unused products, including defective and non-defective items.
Return Process
Once your return request is approved, we will ask you to provide images of the product (damaged or undamaged) to help us process your return. After we’ve reviewed the images, we will send you a prepaid shipping label along with instructions on how to ship the product back to us. Please note that all returns must be shipped by mail, and we cannot accept in-store returns or returns via other delivery methods.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for products that have been stolen. It is up to the customer to make sure the package will be delivered to a safe and secure area. If items get lost in transit, a request no later than 20 days after purchase date may be submitted so we can resolve the situation. Restocking Fee
We do not charge any restocking fees for returns.
